Conquering The 1pm Mom Wall With pureLYFT
I was planning this long post on how to gain extra energy to help you reach those new year’s goals. You know, the typical goals of exercising more, being active, and losing that baby weight left over from your three-year-old toddler. For me it comes around 1pm. At that time, you can find me sluggishly (and with a guilty conscience) handing my toddler boys the iPad. Back to this whole energy epidemic or lack thereof.
My previous tools for getting past the 1pm wall has been to load up on coffee that contains the addition of some ridiculously sweet creamer. I have also used energy powders. The powders seem to always make me shaky and then leave me with a terrible hangover headache…that’s the last thing I need.
